Like the Street Car the Neighborhood Car can be made capable of speeds of 25 MPH. With an optional rear seat, it is often used in gated communities, campgrounds and neighborhoods where vehicles do not have to be licensed. Because it does not have to be highway equipped it costs considerably less than the Street Car, but has many of the same features.
