Shipping Rates shown below are for the continental U.S. only and do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
All items packaged and sent via standard carrier that have no oversized/weight charges. Aside from special order, many of our items ship within 48 hours.

BATTERY DELIVERY POLICY
Due to size and nature of batteries Golf Cart Fix offers local battery delivery, only. Local delivery includes a 30 mile radius from North Carolina zip code 28470.
Barge fees apply to Bald Head Island Deliveries.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please notify us immediately of any product defects or incomplete shipments and we will be happy to work with you on exchanging or returning the item.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Some items may incur a 20% restocking fee for opened packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
